Phase 2 of our popular Alderley Edge development (HCD2) launched 15th August payig up to 12% depending on the amount invested.

York Mansions Short Term Loan (HFC19) has now launched.  Please note this loan was made in March 2016, so your funds will start earning interest from 15th August provided your funds arrive by that date.

HCP170, a 4 bed corporate let in Chadderton, launched 12th August.

Hawkesbury Road Loan launched 25th July.  This is a 12 month loan against a London property with a 70% LTV and a 2nd charge.

A 10 month short term loan, Croesyceiliog Farm, is now available.  This pays up to 10.5% depending on the amount invested.

The Mile End Road short term took place 13th June.  There is still space left in this loan.  Interest is calculated from the date your funds arrive with our solicitor.

Whitehall Gardens – short term 12 month loan paying 9% p.a.  The loan was made 8th April 2016 so your funds will start ending interest from the moment they arrive with our solicitor.
