Step 1
Read our Terms and make sure you are happy to proceed.

Step 2
To invest with The House Crowd, you need to become an FCA accredited investor by registering your account. It’s quick and simple and does not place any obligation on you but it is a legal requirement.

Step 3
Once registered as an accredited investor, you can access information about our current deals and also view your investor dashboard where you can update your details. You can use this dashboard to keep track of your investment portfolio.

Step 4

Select the property investments you would like to invest in, credit your account with sufficient funds and click invest. We do everything from there. It’s that simple.

Step 5
Returns will be paid your account in accordance with the payment schedule for that deal. You can withdraw available funds at any time.
