We have funded the building of several hundred properties in the last three years lending over £120M in the process, and our ethos is to always work with your clients to help them exit successfully. Should a development run into difficulty, we have a wealth of in-house development expertise (we also develop ourselves through House Crowd Developments) which can be called upon to help your client succeed, rather than just stepping in as many lenders would do.
We process all applications as quickly as possible to provide decisions and will pay fees to introducers very quickly once loans have been drawn down for completed loans.
